STPS1H100A High Voltage Power Schottky Rectifier Diode

Schottky diodes are critical in many AC rectifier circuits. The STPS1H100A has a conducting current of up to 1A and a reverse voltage capability of up to 100V. The STPS1H00A provides a good trade-off between leakage current and forward voltage drop. A low leakage current of 4µA at 25°C provides a highly efficient diode for power applications especially considering it has the capability to handle up to 50A of surge current and 108W of repetitive peak avalanche power. The STPS1H100A design also considers the environmental impact of the device throughout its life cycle and is designed as an ECOPACK2 halogen-free component.
