The Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program is designed to allow Arrow partners to sell a variety of Microsoft cloud services along with their own products, services and offerings. 

Through ArrowSphere, partners can sell Microsoft Cloud Services immediately with minimal investment. Partners are able to provide expanded services while maintaining control of security, subscriptions and expense.

Arrow is a distribution partner with Microsoft with direct API integration into the Microsoft portals for service provisioning and configuration. As one of only a handful of value-added distributors, our mission is to help solution providers expand their customer base and grow sales faster than the market for Microsoft Cloud Services.

With ArrowSphere, you can leverage interactive analytic tools and set thresholds to monitor your customer’s Azure consumption with a few clicks of a button. You can also take advantage of ArrowSphere’s easy-to-use reporting tool to manage your SPLA consumption month over month.
  • Premium Microsoft support combats the everyday technical challenges involved with your customers' CSP licenses. We provides a cost-efficient solution through a partner- and customer-level support package. An Arrow Tech team is on stand-by 24x7 to assist with any CSP licensing issues.
  • Post-billing program takes the weight off our partner’s shoulders by floating their CSP invoice 30 days and only charging for what was actually used.

Microsoft Service Provider License Agreement (SPLA)
