Tariffs on imported goods are the responsibility of the “importer of record” (IOR) and are based on the IOR landed cost. In order to bring products into the commerce of a receiving country, duties must be paid to customs based on the tariff value. is currently not passing through tariff-related charges on products exported to customers outside of the United States and its territories and we are exploring options to mitigate tariff impact where possible.

• Where suppliers have agreed, for orders shipped by Arrow to locations outside the United States and its territories, most sourcing will transition from our Reno, Nev., distribution center to our distribution center in Guadalajara, Mexico.

• Where required by suppliers, for international orders that will be serviced by our Reno distribution center, Arrow will file for duty drawbacks instead of adding tariffs to those shipments.
