The Cypress FL-L NOR Flash Memory family consists of the fastest Quad Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) NOR Flash devices with 4KB uniform sector size for high-performance embedded systems. The low-pin-count Quad SPI reduces package sizes and enables a simplified board layout.

S25FL128L 128 Mb FL-L NOR Flash Memory products serve a number of applications, among them advanced driver assistance systems, automotive instrument clusters, infotainment systems, networking devices, and video game consoles. These non-volatile Flash FL-L memory products from Cypress offer a read bandwidth of up to 67 MBPS for fast program execution. When designing with S25FL128L, you can take advantage of a simplified board layout thanks to the low-pin-count Quad SPI, which significantly reduces package size – in fact, these products enable package sizes as small as 16mm2.
