Panasonic Industry's 1FormA PhotoMOS® relay AQV209G represents an undisputed breakthrough in high-power semiconductor switching, remarkably outperforming the previous generation's specs with a tenfold increase in switching capability.

By combining proven technology with next-gen materials and galvanic isolation between the input and output circuits, this semiconductor photo-coupled relay achieves an unrivaled output rating of 1,200V at 0.75A.
