TAIYO YUDEN Automotive-Grade Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors
TAIYO YUDEN Automotive-Grade Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are AEC-Q200 qualified and available in a capacitance range of 0.2pF to 470uF and a voltage range of 4V to 630V. These TAIYO YUDEN MLCCs are ideal for the latest designs in automotive body / chassis, powertrain, safety, and infotainment applications. By using nickel for electrode material and plating, solderability and heat resistance characteristics are improved, resulting in greater reliability. Applications in industrial electronics and communication infrastructure can also utilize these high-reliability components for greater versatility.
TAIYO YUDEN Automotive-Grade MLCCs are available in the following AEC-Q200 temperature ranges:
- • Automotive Grade 1 (minimum -40°C and maximum +125°C)
- • Automotive Grade 3 (minimum -40°C and maximum +85°C)
TAIYO YUDEN MCOIL™ metal power inductors
Optimized for use in choke coils for power supply circuits, MCOIL™ power inductors provide best-in-class DC bias characteristics and reduced size. They come in two varieties: Wirewound chip power inductor (MAMK2520) and metal-core SMD power inductor (MDMK2020). Use them in circuit designs for today's ultra-compact products, including smartphones, wearables, IoT devices, automotive, industrial equipment and medical devices.
