Japanese Earthquake - Updates

Japan experienced an 9.0-magnitude earthquake on March 11, 2011. We continue to monitor the situation.

At this point in time, we have received information that all of our staff in the affected regions are now confirmed safe. We continue to take safety precautions, such as inspecting our facilities and buildings in the region.

We are also in ongoing contact with our suppliers located in the region to gauge any impact to their businesses. We are putting contingency plans in place in the event that any of our suppliers have experienced disruptions to their business.

General Update
Suppliers with operations in Japan have indicated that they generally expect to see transportation delays within Japan.
