I have learned firsthand, growing up in the Southwestern United States, how much richer life can be when there is cultural diversity. A diverse corporate culture creates a much more interesting and stimulating environment for employees. It enhances creativity and adds the advantage of having a broader spectrum of opinions and experiences to draw from.
At Arrow, diversity simply means differences. Each one of us is different, with individual thoughts, ideas and approaches that result from our own individual cultures, background, experiences, physical capabilities, skills, ethnicity, religion, education, age, gender, sexual orientation, and other characteristics that make each of us unique.
I strongly believe that a culture of diversity and inclusion positively affects current and future employees and drives superior business performance.
