Arrow’s vision is to be the Clear #1 worldwide provider of products, services and solutions that connects technology with customers, powers the supply chain and delivers premium investment results.

This is the guiding principle by which we operate. It is the principle by which we operate globally with 12,600 employees. It provides an understanding of what we are doing in our geographies and markets, with our customers and suppliers, and from a leadership perspective, how we intend to get there. There are four pillars to achieving this vision: growth, operational excellence, financial stability and shared leadership. We remain committed to achieving this goal.

Values
There are six values in which we live and operate the company. We take these values seriously at Arrow; they're a part of everything we do:

Ethics & Integrity

Operating with high ethical standards has been, and will continue to be, a core value at Arrow Electronics worldwide. Our ethical behavior is reflected everyday in how each of our employees interact with suppliers, customers, investors, communities and one another. Ethics and integrity are a part of everything we do and every decision we make.

Our Worldwide Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, which is reviewed by every employee worldwide, reaffirms how the value of ethics is applied in the way Arrow conducts business. In addition, the Code provides information about where and how any acts that are, or appear to be, unethical or illegal can be reported.
