Paul J. Reilly is Executive Vice President
of Finance and Operations, and Chief Financial Officer of Arrow
Electronics, Inc. He is responsible for the functions of the treasury,
capital structuring and risk management, tax efficiency and compliance,
worldwide planning and budgeting, controllership, external communications
and investor relations. He also oversees the alignment of the global
operations and value-added services organization within the company’s
functions and processes worldwide.
Reilly joined Arrow in early 1991 as Director of Reporting, and
within months was named Assistant Controller. In 1996, Reilly was
named a Corporate Vice President and then Vice President of Finance
in 1999. He was named CFO in 2001, and Senior Vice President in
2005.
Prior to joining Arrow, Reilly was a Certified Public Accountant
in the business assurance practice of the New York office of KPMG
Peat Marwick. In addition to providing audit services to a wide
range of public and private multinational organizations, he was
actively involved in providing acquisition-related services and
the implementation of new accounting pronouncements.
Reilly has a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. John's University,
and is a guest lecturer at both St. John's and Pace University.
He is a Board member of the Friends of Garden City Wrestling, and
a member of the TMA, a not-for-profit organization that supports
various charitable efforts focused on young people.
