Richard S. Hill

Richard S. Hill has been chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Novellus Systems, Inc., a maker of devices used in the manufacture of advanced integrated circuits, for more than five years. He is a director of LSI Corporation and the University of Illinois Foundation.
