Molex, a global manufacturer of electronic, electrical and fiber optic interconnection systems, selected Arrow as its 2005 Distributor of the Year for North America. Arrow received the recognition for its exceptional efforts to sell Molex products, as well as continuing to strengthen the strong relationship between the Arrow and Molex field sales organizations. The award represents Molex's 2005 fiscal year, which ended on June 30, and this is the third consecutive year Arrow has been the recipient.

"It's clear that Molex and the entire Arrow organization are increasingly engaged and driving high levels of performance," says Don Schlidt, vice president, PEMCO Supplier Services Group, Arrow, Denver, Colo. "This award is a tribute to our respective field teams who continue to drive strong support to our mutual customers."

Eric Sussman, director of distribution, Molex, presented the Distributor of the Year Award to the Arrow team in September at Molex's corporate headquarters in Lisle, Ill. "By using its broad sales reach and extensive experience within the electronic components industry, Arrow Electronics plays an integral role in enabling Molex to achieve our revenue growth targets," says Sussman. "For a third consecutive year, the Arrow team has performed exceptionally well and we look forward to further strengthening our relationship with this valued distribution partner in the years to come."
