Arrow was named the “Best New Exhibitor” at this year’s ExpoElectronica, the largest international trade fair for industrial electronics in Eastern Europe, held in Moscow from April 5 to 8. Visitors to Arrow’s booth, which was hosted by Spoerle and Sasco representatives, demonstrated a considerable interest in the regional structure, product spectrum and service range of Arrow’s Central European businesses.

More than 31,000 professionals attended the fair to network with their peers and learn about the latest technical developments in the electronics sector. Attendees were able to speak with representatives from Arrow and attending supplier partners, which included Intel, Philips Semiconductors, Sharp, Toshiba and AVX.

Throughout the event, Arrow’s Reinhard Sperlich, technical PEMCO director and head of the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) project team for Spoerle, conducted several technical seminars, including a presentation covering the effects of RoHS legislation on the Russian electronics industry.
