More than 400 procurement professionals named Arrow one of the "Most Preferred Distributors” in China for the fourth consecutive year in a recent customer preference survey conducted by Electronics Supply & Manufacturing – China (ESMC). ESMC is an industry-leading monthly electronics publication with a circulation of more than 36,000.

For the fourth consecutive year, Arrow received the top ranking in the following five categories: Most Preferred Overseas Distributors, Most Reputable Distributors, Best Technical Support Distributors, Best Inventory Availability and Supply Capability, and Best Logistics Services Distributors.

The study examined the current state of the electronic component distribution market in China and asked readers to evaluate distributors in a number of areas: technical and design support, logistics, company creditability, inventory availability, product price, product quality, financial stability, responsiveness, and e-commerce readiness and capabilities.

Arrow also ranked ahead of all other distributors in ESM’s Annual Distributor Customer Preference Study in North America.
